Report:
We moved the boat to Atlantic City, and the shark fishing along with the back bay fluke fishing has been outstanding. We have been landing and releasing 4 to six sharks per trip, and hooking up even more. The fluke (summer flounder) along the intercoastal Waterway (ICW) has also been outstanding with and average of 50 fluke per trip, bu only i in 10 is an 18 inch keeper. Most of the fish are 17 to 17.5 inches. The tuna fishing has not really taken off yet, but it will happen soon. Small bluefish are being caught 15miles off, and slammers are 30 miles out. I'll be fiahing here for the remainder of the season focusing on larger stripers in the fall, and tuna and fluke until fall arrives. Call me on my cell at 410-320-9351 if you would like to book a trip. Tightlines, Capt. John Wilkinson
