Flounder/ FLUKE

Flounder/Fluke is a flat fish found typically in shallower waters near shore.  These fish are numerous in the waters off of New Jersey.

Both novice and experienced fishermen enjoy Flounder/Fluke fishing because of the fast action on light Tackle.   They can also quickly fill a cooler.

Flounder/Fluke have a delicate white meat  that is enjoyed baked or fried.  Pair it up with some tartar sauce and lemon and you have an amazing meal for all to enjoy.
